"And do not forget to do good and share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."

Hebrews 13:16

St. Peter's relies on the generosity of parishioners and the community to fulfill our call to ministry in this place.

Crossroads Loan Principal $100,000 Matching Grant

An anonymous donor has pledged $100,000 in matching funds towards all donations made to St. Peter’s between now and September 30, 2024 for the purpose of paying down the principal on our loan to build Crossroads. The loan converts to a mortgage in October, 2024 and must be refinanced at current interest rates. Your gift to assist in paying down the principal by up to $200,000 ($100,000 from donations, $100,000 in matching funds). This will help us keep our payments at or below their current level and move us much further ahead in paying off the full loan in the future. All funds designated for Crossroads principal from any source and received by September 30, 2024 are eligible for the matching grant.

As of March 31, we have $27,000 pledged towards this goal. Can you pledge or make a donation?

Annual Giving 2.jpg

Annual Giving

St. Peter's most important form of income comes from the pledges of members and other supporters who commit to giving a set amount over the course of the year. Each fall, we run a Stewardship Campaign culminating in Stewardship Ingathering in November when we symbolically place our pledges for the coming year in the baptismal font. Pledges in any amount are important, and may be given weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, by check, cash, or credit card via e-payment.

Flower Memorials

Flowers on the Altar are given to the glory of God for a variety of reasons: in loving memory, in celebration, and in thanksgiving. If you would like to offer the Altar flowers in recognition of a loved one or special event on any Sunday of the year (except during Advent and Lent), please click the button below. A $40 donation ($25 for Christmas and Easter memorials) to cover the costs of the flowers can be paid through the church office by cash, check, or credit card.

Memorial Giving

Many times, families request financial gifts to St. Peter’s memorial fun in memory of a loved one. These gifts are used for special projects, programs, and capital improvements important to the one being remembered. Contributions can be made at any time, whether at the time of death, an anniversary date such as a birthday, or whenever desired. When you make a gift, please also email the office so we know to apply it to the right person.

Episcopal Relief and Development

Episcopal Relief & Development is the compassionate response of The Episcopal Church to human suffering in the world. Hearing God's call to seek and serve Christ in all persons and to respect the dignity of every human being, Episcopal Relief & Development serves to bring together the generosity of Episcopalians and others with the needs of the world.
